  3. By opening and using IQuote the user agrees to abide by
  4. this agreement.  
  5.  
  6. - IQuote is the property of Logyx Computer Corp. (Logyx).
  7.  
  8. - Logyx is not responsible for consequential damages using IQuote.
  9. Logyx is not responsible for for the timeliness availability and/or
  10. accuracy of the quotes displayed by IQuote.
  11.  
  12. - IQuote is Shareware.  You may use it for a period of
  13. 21 days free of charge. However, it is a violation of US
  14. and other countries' copyright laws to use it after that.
  15.  
  16. - To purchase a registered version of IQuote, you can
  17. send $29 to Logyx Computer Corp., PO Box 130440, Ann Arbor,
  18. MI 48113-0440, USA.  For this price you will receive the
  19. registered copy along with a license for unlimited use of
  20. IQuote on one computer.  Site licenses are also available
  21. for $25 per machine for 10 or more machines or $20 per machine
  22. for 20 or more machines.  Shipping charges: $3 within USA,
  23. $5 within North America, $7 worldwide.

  25. - IQuote source code is available for $69.  The source
  26. code may not be resold or modified to produce a software 
  27. for resale.
